Content & Goal

Europe’s appeal as a place to live is largely based on the high quality of life in metropolitan areas. Young, well-educated people, in particular, are drawn to large cities because of flexible job opportunities, which requires optimal urban planning for mobility and green spaces. This trend also extends to commuter regions as well as B and C cities. To address this, close collaboration between urban planners, real estate managers, investors, and tenants is necessary.
