1. Binding order

We will book a company listing in the InvestmentBook 2027, thereby publishing a two-page spread across two facing A4 pages. The left-hand page will feature the company profile, including up to two contact persons, whilst the right-hand page will feature a full-page company or product advertisement. Depending on availability, an additional advertisement may also be included in the InvestmentBook.

Note: Prices marked with Code! can only be booked by people who have received a code for a reduced price in advance. Important: The code is personal and cannot be transferred.

7. Additional ad placement

Note: An additional A4 advertisement on the cover pages or in the front section of the book further enhances the visibility of the respective company. In the online version of the InvestmentBook, advertisements U3 and U4 are also placed in the front section of the book.

8. Book an article

Note: Those who book a company listing may publish a article free of charge in the front section of the book. This must be between 3,500 and 5,000 characters (including spaces) and must be uploaded as a Word file via the upload form until 24 July 2026. No extensions will be granted. The specialist article must be an original publication. Graphs, tables and images may also be uploaded as separate files (PDF or JPG). Only one author may be named per article. Promotional content is not permitted; therefore, terms such as ‘we’, ‘us’ or the company name must not be used in the text. If you already have an idea for a specialist article, this can be entered in advance using the form above. The final title will be confirmed following review.

9. Deadline

Please confirm: All data and information must be sent to info@InvestmentBook.de latest until 24 July 2026. This deadline cannot be extended.

10. Printed copy

Please note: For sustainability reasons, the InvestmentBook 2027 will primarily be published in digital format. Companies with a listing in the directory are given the opportunity to order a printed copy here.

11. Agreements

All prices quoted are in Euro net plus statutory VAT. The contract is only legally effective after acceptance by the contractual partner and cannot be cancelled due to the production of printed products. The prices will also be charged if data or information is not provided by the booker on time.

All information and images sent are free of third-party rights and are displayed on www.InvestmentBook.de. The places in the entries are allocated in the order in which the bookings are received.

Those who book a company listing may publish a specialist article in the front section of the book. This must be between 3,500 and 5,000 characters (including spaces) and must be uploaded as a Word file via the upload form until 24 July 2026. No extensions will be granted. The specialist article must be an original publication. Graphs, tables and images may also be uploaded as separate files (PDF or JPG). Only one author may be named per article. All data and information must be uploaded by the above-mentioned deadline. It is not possible to set an additional deadline. Information that is not submitted on time cannot be taken into account when preparing the InvestmentBook and does not entitle the booker to reduce/change booked services.

The payment term of the invoice is 10 days. The contractual partner is the agency Strumpf Eventmanagement, Anja Strumpf (owner), Niederseelbacher Straße 24, 65527 Niedernhausen, Germany. She reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of unforeseen circumstances; any amounts already paid will be refunded in this case.

The customer accepts the GTC, which are an integral part of this contract.
