The USA Conference is the leading event in Germany for investment in US Real Estate. For each year's conference, the organizers assemble an impressive group of experts on various sectors of the US real estate markets. All speakers are real estate experts and come from the US. They share their insights and forecasts through a series of focused presentations and discussions. Participants have the opportunity to interact with investors and investment managers.

Prior to joining Bridge, he was Global Head of Logistics at Brookfield (2013 to 2021). At Brookfield, he oversaw investments in Brazil, Korea, China, and Western Europe, in addition to the USA.

Dr. Christoph Schumacher

Christoph is responsible for defining the firm’s private real assets strategy and managing the operations and development, launch and growth of investment solutions for clients across the globe. Prior to this, he was global head of real estate at Credit Suisse Asset Management, where he was responsible for setting the global direct real estate strategy, raising equity, and developing new products.

Oliver Strumpf

Oliver Strumpf studied business information management and real estate economics at the European Business School. In addition to start-ups, he gained professional experience at international fund and consulting companies. Since 2002, he has initiated various platforms and event formats in the institutional real estate sector. He joined HEICO Group in 2015 and was managing partner of the investment section until May 2021.

The USA Conference will take place at the Falkenstein Grand Hotel in Königstein. The hotel is right at the gates of Frankfurt and can be reached from the city and Frankfurt airport in 25 minutes. It offers the highest level of comfort as well as a unique location with a nice view of Frankfurt. Therefore, the eve reception also takes place on the hotel's great terrace.
