For each year's conference, the organizers assemble an impressive group of experts on various sectors of the US real estate markets. All speakers are real estate experts and come from the US. They share their insights and forecasts through a series of focused presentations, culminating in a closing panel which discusses opportunities and strategies for investing in the US this year and beyond. Participants have the opportunity to interact with investors and investment managers. Therefore, the conference begins with an opening reception and continues through the next day with specific sessions.
