Content & Goal

LivingConference

The attractiveness for people to live in Europe will depend on various factors. These include the quality of life, which is considered to be particularly high in metropolitan areas. According to experts, young and well-educated people in particular will live here, which will also be linked to the development of job opportunities and flexible workplaces. This means that the large cities in particular meet the best prerequisites for good growth forecasts, which will also have an impact on the best possible urban planning in order to enable optimal mobility coupled with recreation and green spaces. But this will also have an impact on the commuter belt regions as well as on B and C cities. This now requires an explicit exchange between urban experts, managers in the residential asset class, investors and tenants.
