The first topic suggestions for the conference program have been made. Now an initial structure is being created.

The first virtual meeting of the advisory board has taken place. After the members introduced themselves, initial topics and structures were discussed in order to prepare the program.

The Advisory Board welcomes Alexander Zylla as a new Advisory Board member of the conference.

The advisory board for the second conference is currently being assembled to determine the content, topics, and program of the conference.

Following a successful first conference in June 2025, we are now publishing a conference magazine to the event. We would like to thank all authors and hope you enjoy reading it.

The next conference will be held at the Hilton City Centre Frankfurt.

The second LivingConference takes place on 5/6 May 2026.

With international participants the event kicks off today. Over 30 experts give insights in 6 blocks relating to investments in German and international residential property.

The first LivingConference begins on Thursday and we have everything prepared! We will already welcome round about 100 registered participants to the conference.

Final information regarding the conference has been sent out to all of the registered participants and until Monday, 23 June 2025 (08.00 a.m.) face-to-face-meetings can still be arranged.

All confirmed attendees can now set up their personal face-to-face-meetings via the booking tool.

As of today investors as well as sponsor representatives can set up their apoointments for the personal face-to-face-meetings.

Starting 6 June 2025 institutional investors as well as sponsor representative can book their face-to-face-meetings.

Already 90 representatives of investment companies, asset and fund managers have already registered for the event.

Over 30 speakers will discuss and present 6 current program topics over two days.

Only few places are still availbale in order to attend the SummerReception upon the high demand of participants.

Following the marketing launch, initial registrations from institutional investor companies are being received, indicating investors' demand for insights into this asset class.
