• The VideoStatement is a video clip on which a person gives a contribution to a specialist topic or a commentary on an industry development.
• The video clip has a duration of approx. 1 - 2 minutes.
• The VideoStatements are published on the event website and (usually) also in the newsletter of www.Immobilien-FondsNews.de (3000 recipients in the institutional real estate industry).

• The presentation of the videos on the website as well as in the newsletter enables an increase in reach.

Recording procedure

• The spokesperson only needs a total of about 10 minutes (including miking and a short final briefing).
• The speaker is free to choose the topic or content for the video statement.
• When speakers or representatives of a sponsor of an event appear, it is advisable to choose a topic from the lecture or expert panel that will be presented at the conference, because this way the video clip supports the communication of this conference contribution.

Production and consent

• The language for the video clip should be German or English.
• By agreeing to the recording of the video statement, the speaker agrees that the video clip may be used by the FondsForum team and may be used on the website as well as in the newsletter and other media channels of the FondsForum platform.
• The speaker indemnifies the FondsForum team from possible claims by third parties regarding the content of the video clip. The recording is of course free of charge for the speaker.
