Prior to joining CrossHarbor, Richard was a Managing Director with the Prudential Mortgage Capital Company where he worked for 28 years.

Niraj Shah

Mr. Shah is the Head of Rockwood’s Credit Strategies Team.  He is responsible for overseeing Rockwood’s credit and structured investment strategies and is also a member of the firm’s investment committees. Prior to Rockwood, Mr. Shah was at Citi where he was responsible for the pricing, structuring and distribution for the CRE group.  Prior to Citi, Mr. Shah was with PwC in its TS practice, providing M&A advisory services to private equity firms.

Jeff Thompson serves as Co-Head and President of GID Credit, and he has over 29 years of CRE experience. Prior to GID, he served as Head of Private CRE Debt for PIMCO Alternative Investment Strategies. Prior to PIMCO, he was Managing Director and Co-Head of Real Estate for Annaly Capital, and he spent 20 years at GE Capital Real Estate. He received a BA in Finance from the University of Toronto.

Dr. Gertrud R. Traud has been Helaba's Chief Economist since 2005, in 2006 she also became the Head of Research. Previously she worked for Julius Bär and Bankgesellschaft Berlin. She is a member of numerous committees, such as the supervisory board of DLE Group AG and the asset advisory board of VOLKSWAGEN Foundation. She is involved in social projects, including being patron of ZONTAlente.

David White

David White oversees the LaSalle Real Estate Debt Strategies (LREDS) business. He has a 16+ year track record of working in real estate private equity and debt investment in Europe, the US and Asia. He has extensive experience lending throughout the capital structure and in real estate debt investments, including mezzanine and whole loans, as well as direct real estate investments, distressed credit, and restructuring. 

Anshumann Woodhull

Mr. Woodhull is a Partner and Co-Head of Private Debt for PAG Credit & Markets. He has over 25 years of experience in reorganizations, restructurings and corporate workouts. Prior to joining PAG in 2009, Mr. Woodhull was a Managing Director and Distressed Asset Trader at Deutsche Bank AG, Hong Kong branch from 2000 to 2009. He received his Bachelor of Laws degree from University of Bristol.
