1. Prices shown are net prices and are exclusive of VAT. Registrations are made at the respective  usual price of an event, unless a registration is registered with a registration code at a preferential price or free of charge for institutional investor representatives.
2. Despite active communication of the organizer  towards the participants, all guests of an event have to  keep themselves posted on the respective website about possible  COVID-19-related changes or  on the postponement of an event  prior to the performance of the event.
3. Institutional investors are only   people from insurance companies, pension funds and pension  schemes (in exceptional cases also  people with real estate investment responsibility from banks / savings banks and family offices). Representatives of real estate investment companies and consultants or investment advisors do not fall  into this  category of participants.
4. In the case of face-to-face events, free attendance and free overnight stays in the conference hotel may be possible for representatives of investor companies (if selectable in the registration form). However, these free contingents are usually limited. Should this capacity be exhausted upon receipt of a registration from a respective authorized person, the registrant will be contacted and has the option to withdraw from the contract free of charge. If a free participation and / or overnight stay is arranged for the authorized registrant, the registrant is bound to his or her participation in the conference. Should the  registrant not be able to attend the conference and thus not make use of his or her free overnight stay, he or she can cancel  the overnight stay free of charge with the organizer up to 4 weeks  prior the event. Otherwise, he or she must bear the costs of the overnight stay.
5. In principle, preference will be given to investor representatives, managing directors, board members, senior executives and asset managers of a company for events  of the FondsForum platform. For face-to-face (classroom) events, a participation limit of 2 persons per company applies as a rule to ensure the best possible mix of industry sectors. In exceptional cases, this can also be reduced to one person.  Whenever possible, sponsors will be granted exemptions.
6. For data protection reasons,  details concerning the event, such as login data (user names and passwords) and possible guest lists, may not be  disclosed by the participant.
7. Only completely filled out registrations can be processed. The order in which registrations are processed  is based on the receipt date of registrations . Upon admission to the event, a confirmation of participation will be sent. Cancellation of participation after confirmation is not possible due to the binding allocation of the participant's  seat. Further information and regulations are contained in the general terms and conditions, which are accepted by sending the form.
8. Beginning with the conference, attendee lists will only be issued to  attendees who are physically attending a respective  event.  They will not be issued to  live stream participants (participation in the video conference  broadcasted through the  internet) if an event allows this form of participation. This also applies to the issue of possible conference documents with the exception of the conference handout as a  PDF-file  to  download (or, if applicable, also in printed form as a print version).
9. The presentation materials for the conference presentations will be available to participants during the event and for further 7 days in the password protected download area of the website. Afterwards, these will be deleted.
